Marine & Offshore Cables
The harsh environments and safety requirements encountered in marine and offshore applications have led to improvements in the materials used in the manufacture of cables intended for use in the industries.
Anixter has been fully aware of these developments and our stock profile for these products reflect this.
All cables are low smoke zero halogen and are available in flame retardant and fire resisting versions in accordance with recognised International standards such as BS6883, BS7917, NEK606, IEEE45, and IEC60092. LFH (Limited Fire Hazard) cables
in accordance with the various parts of Defence Standard 61-12 and Naval Engineering Standards NES517, 525, 526, 527 and 643 can also be supplied from our extensive stocks.
The range of cables fully complement the requirements for control, instrumentation, and power applications.
